Junior School & Middle School Structure of the Day

Junior School Spanish

J1-J5 students will have:

  • 5 hours per week of English instruction (Reading/Writing)
  • 4 hours of Science instruction (in the Science lab)
  • 5 hours of Math instruction
  • 11 hours of Non-English language instruction (predominately Reading/Writing but teachers use all subject matter to enhance fluency in the language)
  • 2 hours Physical Education
  • 1 hour of Art
  • 2 hours of Music

M6-M8 students will have:

  • Junior School English5  hours per week of English instruction (Reading/Writing)
  • 4 hours of Science instruction (in the Science lab)
  • 5 hours of Math instruction
  • 10 hours of Non-English language instruction (predominately Reading/Writing but teachers use all subject matter to enhance fluency in the language)
  • 1 hour of Physical Education
  • 1 hour of Art 
  • 1 hours of Music
  • 2 hours of History (World and US)
  • 1 hours of Leadership and character development
