Scholarships
1) Individual Tax Credit Scholarships
Arizona taxpayers can redirect a certain portion of their state tax liability to fund scholarships that can be used to pay your child’s tuition at IST. These scholarships are awarded by outside organizations and regulations change from time to time. These only apply to children in their Kindergarten year and older. 2) Corporate and Needs Based Scholarships
These programs were established to give parents from low to moderate income households a choice in their child’s education and aid in switching their child from a public school to a private school. The International School of Tucson is working with the organizations below to fund students who meet certain requirements. These also only apply to children in their Kindergarten year and older. 3) IST Scholarships and Discounts
IST Scholarships apply only to students in their Kindergarten year of Preschool and older. Parents are required to apply to participating scholarship organizations before requesting IST Scholarship funds. IST General Scholarships apply to tuition cost only. A family in receipt of an IST Scholarship is still obligated to meet any other fees and expenses which might apply.
IST Discounts: Limited discounts are available for children in Preschool prior to their Kindergarten year. No discounts are available in Nursery School.
